| Rap mogul Birdman (Bryan Williams), co-founder of Cash Money Records, has apparently spent $8,000,000 on the 700-hp Maybach Exelero. Birdman posted on his Twitter a picture of the car along with the $8 million claim a couple of weeks after he was quoted with saying “They got this new Maybach that I want that costs $8 million, I gotta have it.” Birdman, the fourth wealthiest rappers behind Jay-Z, Diddy and Dr. Dre, has a net worth estimated to be $100 million, and owns several other very expensive cars such as Maybach’s Landaulet and a $ 2.1 million Bugatti’s Veyron. Powered by a V12 biturbo powerplant, Maybach’s Exelero goes 0-60 in just 4.4 seconds and has a top speed of 218-mph. The ultimate car was designed to celebrate 100 years of collaboration between the German automaker and tire manufacturer Fulda. According to rumors Birdman will paint the car in his favorite color: shinny red. |
