BMW Motorcycles sued for causing two-year erection

| A man named Henry Wolf hailing from San Francisco has sued BMW alleging that his BMW bike gave him two-year erection. According to Wolf’s complaint filed in San Francisco’s state court, the after-market ridge-like seat mounted on the 1993 BMW Beemer bike gave him unexpected, constant and lasting erection, which is considered as a severe case of priapism.
The 52-year-old San Francisco resident alleged that he went on a four-hour ride in the year 2010 before this condition, which left him incapable of engaging in sexual activity. Besides suing BMW Motorcycles, Wolf also filed complaint against the seat manufacturer of 1993 BMW Beemer bike, Corbin-Pacific. He blamed both the companies for negligent assembling of the seat, causing emotional and mental torment since the 2010 ride. He is seeking $25,000 in damages for general negligence, liability, emotional and mental anguish and has also asked compensation for lost income, hospital, and medical expenses. |
